Free Fit Finder

The free Fit Finder requires no payment, so it creates no refund or service credit.

One-time service refunds

If a one-time service has not started and no unrecoverable cost has been incurred, you may request a full refund. After delivery starts, refunds are assessed against completed work, delivered materials, and actual costs. Scope disputes are reviewed against the confirmed request and acceptance criteria.

Subscription refunds

You actively confirm each 30-day service period and are never charged automatically. Before a new period starts, you may cancel and request a refund of the amount paid for that period. After the period starts, refunds are assessed against work completed or already scheduled for that period. Ending renewal creates no charge for the next period.
