A useful platform decision begins with the work: what enters the system, what leaves it, which step needs judgment, and how failure can be reversed. Operating system support and logging usually matter more than a long feature list. For a first launch, prefer one platform, one workflow, and no more than three standard integrations. Keep credentials local and define the acceptance test before configuration begins. If the job cannot be described without handing over an account or allowing irreversible actions, it is not ready for a managed launch.
